Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JCR × 3QY Delivery Management System ("the App") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including clients, drivers and administrators.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. About Us

This app is operated by JCR Services Enterprise (trading as JCR Enterprise X 3QY), a business registered in Singapore.

SANQUEYI is an associated entity under the same management.

3. Use of the App

The App is for authorised JCR Services Enterprise clients and staff only. By using the App, you agree that you will:

• ▸Not share your login credentials with any other person
• ▸Not attempt to access another user's data or account
• ▸Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• ▸Not attempt to disrupt, hack or compromise the App or its data

4. User Responsibilities

• ▸Clients: Ensure all order details are accurate, complete and submitted on time. Inaccurate addresses or details may result in failed deliveries for which JCR Services Enterprise cannot be held responsible.
• ▸Drivers: Handle all deliveries professionally, promptly and with care for the goods being delivered.
• ▸All users: Report any security concerns to Alvin.lee@3anqueyi.com immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code and all content is owned by JCR Services Enterprise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ▸JCR Services Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by clients.
• ▸JCR Services Enterprise is not liable for force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
• ▸Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the current billing month.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Access will be revoked immediately upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified via the App when changes are made. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
